*WE ONLY REFUND ITEMS THAT WERE INCORRECTLY SENT OR MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER, IT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER BEING DELIVERED. WE DO NOT SHIP REPLACEMENTS.*
1. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK? All items are generally available . If an item is showing on our website then it is available to order if not it'll say SOLD OUT. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED? All sales are FINAL. If product is damaged when received, please contact me immediately and no later than 3 business days after you have received the item. Refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Orders take 1-3 business days to process and 3-5 business days to ship. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAY . *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS / SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. All packages are shipped by USPS . Takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the U.S, We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost demand to speak to a supervior .
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.

Package sent back ? When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address , do't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
What to do if I got the wrong items? If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake , email: [email protected] . Make sure you add " wrong item" in the subject bar, this helps me attend to your needs faster. Send proof of your order and information and items you recieved . We will fix it for you!
